Covid-19 and procedures

At Select we are committed to maintaining the highest standards off cleanliness in the travel industry.  Now more than ever, our customers, employees, and business partners deserve to know the steps we are taking to protect the health and safety of all.

We have expanded our cleaning procedures following CDC guidelines and recommendations outlined by the travel industry.  Employees have been trained to implement new and comprehensive mandates that include enhanced cleaning of mobility products, delivery vans, and rental location.

Mobility Scooters

Customer service and quality products have always been a trademark of Select.  Clean and safe scooters have always been a priority.   We have invested in electrostatic sprayers to deep clean our scooters. Our mobility scooter delivery team is now required to wear facemasks and gloves for deliveries and adhere to social distancing protocols.  Our mobility scooters are delivered in accordance with hotel guidelines. Each is sanitized and wrapped so no one besides the customer makes contact with the high touch areas.

Electrostatic Sprayer

The electrostatic sprayer disinfects via a contactless spray with EPA and CDC approved disinfectants for use against Covid-19.

Rental office

We have introduced new safety procedures at our location to protect our customers and employees.  Our desk is disinfected after each customer interaction.  Plexiglass shield between customer and agent.  Social distancing is marked on floor, sanitizing station, and facemasks are required.

Select Employees

Select is committed to providing a safe work environment during this challenging time.  Employees have been trained to follow the best practices recommended by the various health authorizes to help protect and reduce risk during the Coronavirus outbreak.  This includes wearing face coverings, gloves, temperature checks, social distancing, washing hands, and additional procedures.
